Charles Ofori-Acquah Mr. Charles Ofori-Acquah was the Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana. He is an experienced Chartered Banker with over 25 years of demonstrable track record in the banking industry.
He was the Executive Director, Business Development of HFC Bank (now Republic Bank) with responsibilities for crafting the bank’s policy and strategy for retail banking, as well as implementing Board decisions within the bank’s approved policy limits for risks. He had oversight responsibility for Treasury, International Trade Services and Marketing Departments. He also served as Executive Director for Corporate Banking.
He has been a Council Member, Executive Committee Member and a Member of the Ethics Committee of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana since 2011. He was also a Member of the Board of Directors of Republic Bank from 2012 to 2015 as well as a Board Member of UG-Republic Bank Ghana Limited between 2012 and 2015.
Mr. Ofori-Acquah is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Old Mutual Pension Trust and a council member of the National Banking College, Ghana. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon and an Executive Masters in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA).
He is an Associate of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (formerly Chartered Institute of Bankers, England) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.

Ken Tshribi Mr. Ken Tshribi is an astute Lawyer with almost forty (40) years' experience in various areas of Law and Banking. He has served in various capacities in large corporate firms both locally and internationally as well as in academia. His rich experience in business development, compliance, mergers, and business combinations has been brought to bear in his span of practice notable amongst them being the merger of Anglogold Limited and Ashanti Goldfields
He has advised on joint ventures, equity schemes, banking transactions, project finance, mineral and mining law issues, financial restructurings, stock exchange issues, employment matters, dispute resolution including participating in two international arbitrations held under the auspices of the ICC. He also served as Non-Executive Director on the Boards of Universal Merchant Bank (2015-2019), Ashanti Goldfields- Kilo DR Congo (2004-2009) and Ashanti Goldfields Sporting Club (2000-2004).
Ken is the current Managing Counsel of Laryea, Laryea & Company (Lawyers & Notaries) after retiring from AngloGold Ashanti South Africa Limited-AGA (Corporate Office-Johannesburg, South Africa).
Mr. Tshribi holds LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana (1982), BL from the Ghana School of Law (1984), a graduate of BPP Law School-London, UK and was admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales as Solicitor in 2004.

James Elijah Donkoh Mr. James Elijah Donkoh is the Chief Executive Officer of CAL Asset Management Company Limited. Before his appointment as the CEO in May 2017, Mr. Donkoh was the Senior Investment Manager for CAL Asset Management for almost ten (10) years. Elijah joined the then CAL Asset Management Unit of CalBank from CAL Brokers Limited (CBL).
As the Authorized Dealing Officer of CBL, Elijah was responsible for trading on the floor of the Ghana Stock Exchange, trade settlement and retail marketing. Prior to joining CBL, Elijah worked with NTHC Limited, a firm of Stockbrokers and Investment Advisors as Investment Officer, where he gained significant experience in both money and capital market operations. Elijah holds MBA Finance Degree from the University of Leicester (U.K).
He is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers- Ghana (ACIB) and holder of Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange.
